Kapanlagi.com - Untuk kesekian kalinya Q Awards kembali digelar dan kali ini sepertinya Arctic Monkeys yang bakal merajai penghargaan yang diberikan majalah Q ini. Dari semua penghargaan yang diberikan, Arctic Monkeys berhasil meraih empat nominasi sekaligus. Di saat yang sama, Jessie J dan Adele hanya berhasil meraih tiga nominasi saja.

Seperti diberitakan Contact Music, Arctic Monkeys mendapat nominasi untuk kategori Best Track (Don't Sit Down 'Cause I've Moved Your Chair, Best Album (SUCK IT AND SEE), Best Act in the World Today, dan Greatest Act of the Last 25 Years. Tak main-main, Arctic Monkeys mendapat pesaing tangguh kali ini. Mereka harus berkompetisi melawan Adele, Muse, Coldplay, Kasabian, U2, Damon Albarn, Radiohead dan masih banyak lagi.

Jessie J kali ini mendapat nominasi untuk kategori Best Female Artist, Best Video, dan Breakthrough Artist sementara Adele mendapat nominasi untuk Best Female Artist dan dua nominasi untuk Best Track.
